In 2016, Dumas was selected to partner with Goldcorp in the development of the Borden Lake project in Chapleau, Ontario, Canada. Dumas is providing skilled and experienced personnel to undertake the box cut and excavate the 2,680 metres exploration ramp.
Although some diesel equipment is being used at present, Dumas manpower is being trusted to utilize the company’s newly acquired electric equipment as Goldcorp works towards their goal of developing Borden into a 100% electric operation.
