Cameron Carter,

Senior Vice President, Project Services

Mr. Carter is responsible for leading Project Services at Dumas, overseeing mobilization of new projects, administration of project controls, site resource optimization, and the strategic application of technology to enhance the execution of underground mining projects. His team ensures efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in project delivery, supporting Dumas’ commitment to operational excellence and client success.

A 14-year veteran of Dumas, Mr. Carter has played a key role in transforming the company’s technical business systems to drive performance and continuous improvement, leading to significant outcomes at Dumas’ Canadian and International projects. A true champion of Zero Harm, Mr. Carter’s expertise spans Mine Engineering, Operations, Project Management, HSE Performance and Corporate Development providing him with a comprehensive understanding of underground mining execution and optimization.

Mr. Carter is dedicated to facilitating best-for- project outcomes through data-driven decision-making, seamless integration of emerging technologies, and real-time collaboration between clients and project teams. His leadership fosters innovation and operational efficiency, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Prior to joining Dumas, Mr. Carter was a member of the technical team advancing construction of Glencore’s Mine “D” project at Kidd Operations in Northern Ontario, helping develop one of the world’s deepest base metal mines to a sustained production of 2.7Mtpa.

Mr. Carter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Acadia University, a Bachelor of Mineral Resource Engineering (B.Eng.) from Dalhousie University, and a Professional Engineering License in the province of Ontario.
