The Blue Badge program is a Dumas initiative that draws on the company’s existing workforce in Mexico to help meet the staffing needs of the Canadian mining industry. The program evaluates candidates in three key areas: technical knowledge, mining experience, and English proficiency. Selected candidates receive ongoing training and support from Dumas to help them integrate into Canadian mines.
