Dumas constructed a complete mine hoisting plant inside a mountainside. This included a hoist room, rope raise, 60m headframe, 1,500t ore bins, dump station, substations, and a 150m pilot raise for a future shaft. Dumas also engineered the design for an 800m 3-compartment steel shaft.
