In 2006, Dumas commenced shaft sinking at Goldex Mine, located in Val-d’Or, Quebec.
Dumas completed an 865-metre, 5.5-metre-diameter concrete-lined shaft, including installation of shaft furnishings, a loading pocket, and associated station development.
