In 2015, Dumas commenced underground development at Mina Arista in Oaxaca, Mexico.
The project delivered 1,920m of ramp development, 3,246m of lateral development, and 532m of open raise development, supported by a new fleet of equipment. The work was aimed at transitioning a previous open-pit operation into a ramp-access underground mine, supporting both the 118 Zone and the M Zone.
